Norwegian m95 combat uniform (if i remember correct) and the weapon is the Norwegian version of the german HKg3 (called the AG 3 Just like Nitezirk said further down in the comments) the camo is a norwegian pattern called "lyng" if i am not mistaken.

Well, the uniforms are Norwegian- but might be designed by the US - not sure. The weapons are certainly not from Israel, but from Norway where also the picture is taken.

This picture is from a Norwegian military exercise for Privates.

Uniforms are definitely your design, this camo even had a name, but I don't remember it. Are those rifles G3's or G33's?

The uniform is standard norwegian camouflage. Developed by the norwegian military forces.
The rifle is the norwegian licensed version of the HK G3 called AG-3 (Automatgevær 3).
When looking at the backdrop, I would guess Sessvollmoen or Terningmoen (Norwegian military camps). Probably the first one.
The soldiers are ordinary conscripts either in the army or the national guard (Heimevernet).
For those not norwegian, but curious, feel free to visit [link] . The homepages for the norwegian armed forces.
Til den som tok bildet, stemmer det?

What country is this from. The uniforms look british, the weapons are from Isreal, and the backdrop looks like somewere in Northern Europe.
